Lady. No, it works like this:
My BMR is 2300 calories. That's how much I burn just living and breathing.
I eat 1300 calories. That's 1000 less than I burn.
The differential is -1000. I burned 1000 than I ate.
3500 calories =1 pound . 1455 days ago

Hey great to hear from you. Yes, I will be careful The - 1000 deficit is still after I eat about 1300 calories at this point. As I get smaller, I will have to exercise more to get that. Thanks for the warning though. 1456 days ago
