Beginning midnight April 1, track. Track everything. Nutrition, water, exercise, the whole shebang. Don't track something, you are out. Fess up. Miss your 8 cups of water, out. Blow your calories, you are out. Fess up on this thread. Exercise without tracking, out. To make it fun, don't exercise at least one hour a week, out.
Once a week on Sundays (say), roll call for those who still are "in" and playing.
Deceptively simple, but it's not. Who's in? Starting roll call this Sunday. Ready, set, go!

Thank you for letting me know more about your FitBit.. Glad it helps you keep track.. I'm just finally figuring out the iphone application for Sparkpeople and am wondering if the Fitbit does the same thing.
