    Hello beautiful! Thank you so much for your thoughts and words about New Zealand and my journey with weight loss. I have learned a lot along the way and your body actually feels better when you make it move and raise your heart rate...I do take a couple days here and there STILL when I strain my back...but it's codeine, heat, and sleep and then walking and then back to the gym! In the long run, I want to be a Rockin' little old lady...not a rolling in a chair or bent over a walker old lady! I'll still be cool...but will I look and smell nice....LOL That's what I'm aiming for! HA HA

    165 eh? Where have you been hiding? Saw your post on the blog about getting full. Here's one that works. Take 30 minutes to eat your meal. Take big sips of water in between bites. It works for me everytime. I just haven't done it in a while because I haven't been feeling hungry.
