Introduction Text .....it is what you do with them that counts ! .....And the Journey continues ! Life is a Journey still best made with friends you make along the way! Our move from Alaska did not exactly go as planned, but somehow we know it will all work out. Life is a journey, you just never really know where that journey may take you. Soon our Journey will continue ! We are ready ! and wonder where this next journey will take us. I will live my best life, today, and tomorrow. I will not live the rest of my life full of could-a or should-a or would-a. I know how many calories I eat and I know that foods that are good for me far outnumber the ones that are bad. I will workout, with no excuses! The goal being to burn more calories than I take in, yes, I get it! I make time for myself every day because I know that I am important. I am determined that there will be less of me, so that I can enjoy more of life. I know that I can do this! I will never quit! I will do it now, not later, with a little help from my SparkFriends! OK, maybe a Whole Lot of help from my SparkFriends! ( Background is Galveston Island, Near Texas )

My goal is to focus on being as healthy as I can, to do some form of workout everyday. I will stay in the race and be a WINNER! and I Will meet every challenge, one step at a time till the day when I proudly succeed! I Will Never Quit! with the help of my friends!

My program is to do some form of workout everyday . I will give myself a break if I miss a day. Each day is a new beginning.

After over 20 years in Alaska, We left in 2014 to return to Texas ..... talk about life changes ! As they say here, We now live in Galveston, near Texas. Exchanging sand for snow ! Life continues !

Life is a challenge sometimes, but not something I have to let defeat me.
