Introduction Text Hello, Thanks for visiting my Spark Page! I am 70 yrs old. Married for 42years to my lovely wife Angela. We have one son! And of course PJ whom I'm holding. 17 year old Yorkshire Terrier, who died on his birthday, 12/29/15. I've been in the U.S. Air Force for 5.5 years and then 25 with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Newark, NJ. Spent one year in Vietnam with the Air Force. I'm also a twin. My brother lives in Mississippi with his wife. He is likewise retired. This new photo is of our new puppy Cody. He's only 3 (maybe 4 by now) months old. My wife just recently retired too.

My Goals are to lose weight, develop a workout fit for me. And Stick with it. To learn how to eat healthy. To become open and honest with myself.

Record what I eat daily. To try and learn from my list where my strong/weak points are. To learn which nutrients are good for me and not so good. But most importantly, to record. I don't always do that!

I'm from NJ. I'm married for a long time. 38 years. My wife is almost ready to retire. Looking forward to that. We have a son who is in law enforcement. He's the best. And a Yorkshire terrier who's 17 years old, and who recently died in Dec. 2015. Les
