    Hello my friend, welcome back! I was so happy to see your post on my page!
    I've been keeping well, thanks. I've had a lot of challenges in the past 2 years: My mom was diagnosed with cancer and was given 6 months to live and passed away just 16 days later. Within about a month, my mother-in-law was being cared for at home in a hospital bed and passed away 5 months after my mom. I spent 6 months cleaning out my parents home to sell. Last year I finally was able to grieve and attended some bereavement counselling, as everything had been so busy. So now I'm taking care of my own health. I've lost 12 pounds in the last couple of months. Just taking it slow and steady and tracking my food.
