I enjoy the process of creating a life filled with love, joy, harmony, peace, wisdom, power, vitality and beauty at all times even when the process is uncomfortable for me.

 I am setting aside time each day for spiritual growth.
I am eating nutritionally dense, life giving food.
I am exercising and strengthening my body daily.
I am visualizing myself healthy and at my very best in every way.
I am learning and implementing better ways of living every day.


Personal Information:
I have two cats who are brother and sister, Mr. Tom Tom Tilver and Miss Treasure. They bring so much joy into my life.
