i am 45 married with 3 kids.i have tried so many different diets and would lose a bit , gain a bit more, i am tired of that routine and am ready to get fit healthy and have more energy so the next time my family asks me to go swimming i cant say i dont have anything that fits or some other excuse. although i have had a bad week and gained back the weight i have lost so far there are many positive things ive learned since joining sparks, ive met many great motivational people . i dont quit as easily as i would have before.if i do stop excersizing for a few days my body aches so i have no choice but to just do it.ive learned to eat in a healthy manner most days and that 1 tbls of mandarin or italian dressing goes a lot farther than the creamy kind

to lose at least 50 lbs by jan 2009 to gain confidence to at the beach to eat healthy and to think twice before i put something in my mouth when i am upset or bored
My Program:
staying within my calorie range, only eat foods that have a good purpose ,to ride my stationary bike at least 30 minutes a day.to get at least 10000 steps on my pedometor a day
