Hello all,

I am a Mom 44, of 4... 23,20,16 and 2! I am working my way to toning this old body up and getting back on track once and for all so I can be happier and healthier for my children.
Any ideas on how to accomplish this is greatly appreciated!
Fav workouts are Anything Jillian or Jessica! Currently on round 3 of 21 Day Fix! I do really love the simplicity of this and the meal plan is amazing!
