I'm Lindsay, fitness fanatic and aspiring fitness competitor. I'm also in advertising and design, which satisfies all of my creative energy. Most of my day is spent working on design projects and learning new techniques, while the other half is spent just enjoying life. I truly love working out, especially going for long runs when the weather permits. I'm a huge fan of all of Tony Horton's workouts - p90x being my favorite :)

Three years ago i started training for fitness and figure competitions and am now beginning that journey once again. I was in the best shape of my life and had never, and i mean NEVER, felt better. I only have about 4 lbs of fat that i would like to lose - muscle gain is my main focus.

I've been fortunate to have several wonderfully motivating people in my life - especially when I was first hooked on living a healthy lifestyle. I've learned a lot and really enjoy sharing it with others.

Fitness Minutes: 140

My Goals:
I would love to start training for fitness competitions again.

Aside from that, I believe that eating clean and staying active are extremely important.


My Program:
First, i don't "diet". Diets are temporary and usually pretty negative... everyone hates the word.

My program is a lifestyle. As far as nutrition; if it swims, flies, falls off of a tree or grows out of the ground, i'll eat it. It's important that i try to eat as organic and natural as possible. Although, chocolate does haunt me every now and then.

I do allow a cheat meal once a week. Every Saturday I indulge in a guilty pleasure... Olive Garden is one of those.
