    Here are the ingredients and calorie breakdown for the salad I had for lunch today...

    3 cups Romaine Lettuce 24 cals
    4oz Poached Chicken Breast, diced, 110 cals
    ¼ cup Frozen Blueberries, unthawed, 20 cals
    ¼ cup Frozen Strawberries, unthawed, 13 cals
    ¼ Hass Avocado, diced, 72 cals
    1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese, diced, 35 cals
    1 tbsp Ken’s Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette, 30 cals
    Total 304 Cals, 20 Carbs, 13 Fat, 33 Protien
    * Thaw frozen berries after measuring and drizzle the juice over salad with the salad dressing
