    Hi Lisa, I too will be 43 this year and I have a 13 month old granddaughter. I am not a homemaker, I work full time but I am also a college student, at Ivy Tech. I have over 200 pounds to lose. You page reminds me so much of myself, except that my husband also desperately needs to lose just as much weight and he is horrible about it and his health is horrible. He is completely disabled and diabetic to boot.

Find teams that meet your needs then post every day. That will help you stay accountable. Don't let yourself get overwhelmed here. It will take a couple of weeks before you really feel like you know what your doing. If you have questions please ask. All of us were new once and had to ask ourselves. And do not ever give up.
