Love me or hate me, and on me but...Im just me
I am coming back to Spark after a few years of a hiatus. I need the support that I used to receive here and I need to get this weight off... not only because of my health but because I also want to get married. I have put off setting a date because I hate the way I look and I want to feel gorgeous on that big day. After stepping on the scale and seeing the largest number I have ever seen... I had ran back home with my tail between my legs and I am looking forward to starting new challenges ...

My Goals:
My goal is to just lose as much as I possibly can over this year. I have always put too much pressure on myself to make things happen and I think that has been my downfall..when you completely forbid yourself lifes pleasures you just set yourself up for failure...so MODERATION, MODERATION, MODERATION...that is the key.
My Program:
My Plan of Action:
Get in atleast 96oz of water a day.
Walk every opportunity I get...no excuses made.
ST atleast 4 times a week.
NO EXCUSES...period!! I refuse to think my life is so much harder than the person who is losing weight like crazy...what's there secret?? THAT THEY HAVE NO SECRET!!! They know what needs to be done and they do it...I know what needs to be done so I need to do it too!!
Personal Information:
Originally from Chicago IL...but now I live in Alabama. I have one adorable son who is my life. I recently got engaged, wedding is set for 2014. I work on a computer all day so I have to take advantage of all opportunities to get in a quick workout.
Other Information:
Nobody has a perfect life....we seem to always think that life is greener on the otherside but guess what...the other side has weeds in it too. So, take your life for what it is and run with it. No excuses are necessary, everyone has ups and downs and we struggle with the downs. Be strong, stay focused and you will be a success.
