It's a new season, time for a fresh perspective. I have had some success this year (Whole30, 15 lb weight loss), but some setbacks as well (back injury). I am going to take this chance to really make positive changes in my life.

I am going to be intentional with my goals. I have areas in my life that need attention to live my best life. I am going to work on each of these areas:

Healthy Living:
Lose 75# to each goal of 155
5% Challenges throughout the year
Spark daily
Track all food and water
Weigh in weekly

Daily 15 minutes activity
Cardio 30 minutes, 3x week
Strength 2x week
Walking/Swimming/Biking/Hiking/Bowling for fun

8+ glasses of water daily
Stay within calorie range
More lean protein
More fruits and veggies
Watch my sodium intake
Limit snacking and emotional eating
Intermittent fasting (10-12 hour window)

Get up before the kids and have consistent quiet time
Bible reading daily
Journal daily
Complete Bible studies following Good Morning Girls
Consistent church attendance

Monthly decluttering/organizing projects (Clutter Free 4 Life program)
Financial Peace University with Hubby
Put routines in place for cleaning
Meal plan weekly

Use my planner everyday
Possible part time job
Read 20+ non-fiction books
Grow deeper friendships
Take online courses

It will be a process, I know that. I am not going to beat myself up if I don't get everything done on a particular day. Grace will be the word of the day. I want it to be a well rounded program that touches the whole person, not just random goals. All the areas work together, so I believe it will be doable.

I have some advantages to make these goals achievable. With the kids in school, I have the time to work on my goals. I live in a community with a walking trail and a fitness center with a pool. I have an encouraging Hubby who pushes me to be my best, including getting up at 4 am with me to hit the fitness center.

At the end of 2019, I pray that God will have led me and used me for His will in my life. I pray for His blessing on my list of goals, trusting in His strength, His wisdom, and His timing.

    is morning or afternoon better for you? and by morning i mean like 11.
    do you know where ritzmans pharmacy is in barberton [across from giant eagle]. that office park is nice to walk in on weekends and after business hours. its all paved and im usually the only one there. the towpath is too messy when the pavement is wet. emoticon emoticon

    this is the first online community ive joined too and i am still learning. i love it tho-so much support! i just joined akron sparkers since the first of the year. im planning on loosing about 70 lbs too, but im starting with 35 and then going from there.
    i mostly workout at home early early[like 430am]before work, but i want to find a walking buddy and maybe ever get a group together and plan to meet once or twice a month and walk. emoticon emoticon
