My Goals:
My goal is very simple. It is to be a better person than I was yesterday, in any and all ways possible.

My Program:
 I don't have a set weight loss program. Instead I am giving myself the freedom and flexibility to move from one "healthy" eating plan to another. To that end I might eat vegetarian for one day or one week, go Keto the next, and then eat a categorically balanced meal plan. The common element in all is consuming less sugar.

    Thanks for the comments on my feed. I would love some of that Arizona sunshine! I am in Michigan and we don't get hardly any sun in the winter months. We are supposed to get some today though.

    I hike almost everyday and am out in the woods for 3 to 4 hours so sun would definitely make it more enjoyable, but I'll go hiking in any weather.

    I have relatives that live in AZ and I know it is hot there. I'm sure you would like a cloudy day once in a while.....lol!
