I am back! I used Spark People from 2008 to 2013. Then I stopped paying attention to my health. Now here it is 2019. I am on blood pressure medicine. I have sleep apnea. I weigh more than I ever have in my life.

Enough is enough. It is time to put my health and well being back in balance. I want my outside to reflect the love I have for myself today. I want to look in the mirror and be proud of what I see, knowing that what I see reflects how I feel about myself. I know that Spark People is a great tool that will help me with this and all of my other goals.

My Goals:
To make health a balanced priority in my life.
To love my body.
To get OFF Blood Pressure Medicine
To sleep through the night.

Goals from 2013 that I have achieved
To get my finances in order so, I can quit my second job.
To learn to live for more than work.
To know, truly know, that I am a good person and I deserve good things from my life.

My Program:
I am using spark people to help me balance my nutrition to eat the recommended amount of calories, carbohydrates, fat, and protein each day. If I do this my weight will take care of it's self.

I am using spark people to track my exercise, and celebrating each step that leads me to greater health.

I am thinking before I eat or spend money to be sure that the action I am about to take will lead me to my goal.

Born and raised Seattle Native.

Other Information:
I love to walk and hike. I am looking for other activities that I would love to do just for me.
