My name is Elizabeth and I am NOW 42!! Still married and mom to a NOW ten year old girl AND four year old boy!! I joined Sparkpeople in May 2009 . I lost 40 pounds before I joined SP. I lost an additional 20 with SP. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and Hypoglycemia in 2003. In 2010, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's. I am currently working as an Instructional Coach- that means I coach teachers in the art of teaching. I am trying to reconnect with SP and those friends I have made on this NEVER ENDING weight loss journey!! Many of my friends are no longer on here...hoping they met their goals and are maintaining!! I am weighing in at about 6 lbs less than where I left off last time. Praying that I can stop my YO-YO and make this time the one!!

My Goals:
I want to become a good healthy role model for my daughter.
I want to wake up excited about exercising.
I want to get on a scale and not cuss myself out because of the number.
I want to go to the doctor's office and not have the nurse keep moving that damn scale measure over and over and over.
I want the doctor to stop telling me that I have to lose weight.
I want to shop at a regular store and not in the Large Marge section.
I want to wear short pants again.
I want to stop making excuses because frankly I am sick of my excuses.



My Program:
Cutting out Sweets.
Drinking water.
Exercise.
Eating every 2.5 - 3 hours.
Tracking my calories.

    I worked for a company for 12 years starting out as receptionist and while the company was rather small, I assisted the CEO on a number of projects. All through those years, the CEO called me Renee. I'd say, Regina, and he'd say Oh Yeah. Then resume calling me Renee. LOL I should have tried telling him to call me by my nickname, Reggie. Oh well, I'm not there and my current boss remembers my name just fine. hahaha
