Introduction Text As of Oct. 10, I'm recommitting myself to my fitness and health journey. I have been overweight my entire my life with ups and downs during my lifestyle change. I'm ready to take charge and make it happen for good! I'm currently a Beachbody coach and I'm currently working to obtain my health coach certification. I want to help people reach their goals and also I want to be an example for others.

My long term goal is to be healthier by the middle of next year. I have a lot of opportunties coming up next year and I want to look and feel great! I am also needing to stay motivated throughout this transformation.

Currently I am working out 5 times a week with using multiple DVD's (turbo jam, walk away the pounds) and I go walking 3 times a week. I am changing up my diet as well. I am trying to eat more veggies!

I'm orginally from Asheville, NC. I currentl right outside of Philadelphia. I like movies, music, photography, shopping, sports, dancing, surfing the net, meeting new people.
