Introduction Text Hi, I am 36 yrs old and a mother of 2 - a 10 yr old boy and a 7 yr old girl. I never had to watch what I ate before I had kids, so this is definitely a challenge for me. But I am so tired of carrying around all this extra weight, especially in my stomach!! I am having an extreme about of difficulty making myself motivated and having willpower when it comes to my diet. I'm very unhappy with the way I look, but for some reason, that isn't enough to stop me from making poor foor choices. So, I'm hoping to find some motivating support on here!!!! I currently work full time as a psychiatric case manager, AND I am in nursing school, so my plate is pretty full. I haven't really exercised at all since I started school, which was over a year ago. I really need to get my butt back in gear and do this!!!

Lose this extra weight!! Tone-up muscles!! Feel better about myself!!

I definitely need to change my eating habits, as that seems to be the REAL key to getting the weight off!!! I also bought Jillian Michaels Body Revolution about a month ago, but I haven't started the program yet.

I am 36 yrs old, from Bethlehem, PA. I have been married for almost 11 yrs, and have 2 children - a 10 yr old son and a 7 yr old daughter. I also work as a psychiatric case manager at an outpatient office, and I am about halfway through nursing school. So life keeps me pretty busy!!!
