Introduction Text Hello! My name is Alicia, welcome to my page. I originally joined Spark People in 2008 and was very active. I have been on and off of it for the last 5 years. After struggling with staying consistent with my health and fitness for the past year I decided to push the restart button and get back to basics with Spark people. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2014. I am currently symptom free and in order to keep my disease in check it is important that I follow a healthy lifestyle. My goals are to start tracking my food again, and to start sticking to an exercise program. I also want to focus on my mental healthy by starting a meditation and gratitude practice. I am ready to be the healthiest, happiest version of me!
