    Thanks for the encouragement on my blog. Yes, cutting down or cutting out the alcohol will make a big difference. Once upon a time I used to like Mai Tais. Then I learned how many calories they had and decided to get the equivalent from cheesecake LOL

    I appreciate your feedback on my blog. I made a deal to eat fruit - I DON'T. Herein lies the problem. I do like the idea of tea. I have been so focused on drinking water, it is really all I do. So, maybe after I hit my 10 I can just switch to tea. I need to stop running to the bathroom so much at night anyway.
    I only get up early because it is the only time I can get stuff done uninterrupted. There is no way you can work a shift until 10 and be effective at the crack of dawn. Rest changes everything. I feel a big difference this morning.
