Ok...I'm on a team related to a 3500 calorie deficit so I think I have the calculations I need, so I'm starting again today...last week I was really in a "I don't care" mode about tracking calories. I exercised everyday but didn't track calories and I just didn't care....I hate when that happens but that's where I was. Oh...get this. I have a neighbor friend who last year would ask me how I have such a flat stomach and what I do to stay fit. So now...she just told me she is a size 6 and weighs about 6 pounds less than I do...Ugh...I'm really happy for her, truly....however she does not exercise and she's not tracking anything...which is great for her if that works but here I am tracking, exercising a lot and really trying to get these last few pounds off the right way and it just won't budge...it's this painfully slow process...and she just drops another 6 pounds in like a month or two! Then I have another friend who lost 6 pounds since she started spark and all she is doing is the exercises...not watching or tracking her diet! Do you know how frustrating that has been? I'm sorry I don't mean to complain...my point is that last week I was off on my diet, but this week I am going to get back on track with both the deficit and exercise! We will see what happens...I'm very hopeful! Anyhoo....how are you? What is going on in your life of health, fitness and weight loss? 4503 days ago
