I was on this site a LONG time ago and I think my account was deleted for inactivity. I'm once again focused on my health, so I thought I'd give it a try. I've decided to go with a Keto diet plus moderate exercise.

My Goals:
I'm hoping to lose over 100 lbs, though I will take things one day at a time. It took me a long time to get here, so it's going to take a long time to get back ;).

My Program:
 Keto: low carb, high fat. Also moderate exercise.
