If I'd known I'd live this long, I would have taken better care of myself.


Finally woke up from a decades long self-imposed coma to discover that the wonderful body and brain I had been born with were a distant memory. My goal today is to repair whatever is repairable and to improve the rest through a healthy diet and regular exercise.

My Goals:
Lose weight. Tone up flabby parts. Read another 15,000 books. Increase my spiritual understanding.

My Program:
 Have been doing Nutrisystem since January 28, 2013 and have lost 15 lbs. About 6 weeks ago, I got serious about the exercise and began doing weight training and yoga on alternate days.


Personal Information:
Grew up in a small town and on a farm. Loved working with the animals. Had a horse and rode daily. I love to read. My alltime favorite is probably Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurtry. Or maybe it is the Tolkien Lord of the Rings trilogy. Musician and church pianist for many years.

 Do little things with great love.
