Introduction Text I just joined today the Summer 5% challenge. Challenge start date TBD My exercise goal is to continue to get into the gym 4-5 days a week and get my 15K plus steps in on my Fitbit Versa. My Eating plan as I'm gonna call it is tracking Macros and listening to what my trainer wants me to eat as far as calories, fat, carbs, protein, sugar and sodium. Tracking all of these on another site from Spark. My 5% is 8# to bring me close to my mini goal of 132 but it will bring me to 135 but going to work hard to get to 132.

My goal is to ultimately get to 125 but in small increments. Mini goal is 132 working hard to get that.

I workout at an amazing gym where I've been since 2012 and have learned so much from the different trainers and members too. I track Macros Calories, Fat, Carbs, Protein, and Sugar. My current trainer likes to take me out of my comfort zone with my workouts.
