Introduction Text I'm back with a new baby girl and 40 extra pounds from when I left I am a happily married, mother of 3 under 6. I play softball regularly and love playing outside with my kids. I used to have active jobs but got laid off, so now get to spend more time with the kids. My heaviest was at 256 after the birth of my daughter but I have yoyo in between each pregnancy never really going beyond 210. The kids keep me active but I can't drop it on my own so I'm looking forward to great support groups. " Fitness Milestones" September 2008 I joined LA Fitness Febuary 13 2009 under 200(plataued) April -May C25K (complete to week 5 April 7, 2009 Wore a pair of 14 jeans in public May 5, 2009 hurt leg not sure what that means for C25K May 6, 2009 Bought size 14 shorts- great feeling Aug 10, 2009- after 3 summer trips that I wouldn't call vacations I have gained 10. So today was day 1 of starting over(204) I want to go to Mexico in December to see family so hopefully I can drop another 20+ by then. September 20... Hiked Squaw Peak for the 1st time. Oh My(2nd 9/27) try to do it every Sunday. Oct/ Nov 2009- Still hiking Squaw Peak on Sundays (Nov Ryan comes with me now) 11/15/09-Iron girl 5K- 1st 5K Time 36:08 11/28/09- Anthem Turkey Trot 2nd 5K Time 34:34 12/3/09 - Weighed in at 189.5

Getting as close to 200 before 1 year post partum and keeping steady. Met 2/13/09 Starting SP weight 248

Haven't figured this part out yet. like the treadmill and running after Ryan on his bike. Have to fit more vegis into my diet.

Originally from Belmont CA, Moved to Ukiah Ca for Highschool. Currently living in Phoenix AZ

Like playing sports but have too many favorite TV shows. We do have TiVO so I try to walk on the treadmill while I watch my shows. this works about 1/3 of the time.
