I thought that article you posted in the dojo was very interesting. I think a lot of people eat way too few calories and grams of fat for breakfast, so maybe that is why those who ate dessert for breakfast felt more satisfied? (How many times have you seen someone on a diet eating nothing but dry corn flakes and fat free milk or yogurt? I think a little fat in the morning is definitely a good thing, but I'm not sure I would do well eating that much refined sugar, lol). Anyway it was interesting! thanks for posting. 2847 days ago
