Introduction Text My name is Linda. I'm from Maine and live in Maine. For the thousandth time in 3 years I'm trying to get on board with a fitness journey for myself. I used to be super into Zumba, Bowka, P90X, Circuit Training and other types of classes at a gym I belong to. It was my life. I lived and breathed it for almost 4 years. Lost tons of weight, gained muscles and I was in my happy place. Things changed. Life happened, got married.. moved.. I no longer am part of that old life, and I gained a good 40 pounds. I dont feel happy. I feel sluggish. Late fall I dropped 10lbs by cutting out bad food.. somehow even with eating bad over the holidays. I kept that off. That's my motivation. I also need the support of others I had. I want to be healthier and feel good and look in the mirror and be proud of what I see. I'm not at that point at all. It's a new year and I'm ready for a new me!!! I'm also a married step momma of 4 step- children. I love them with all my heart. )2- teens and 2-adults) I also have 2 super precious grandbabies. They are my life. I'm also 41 years old.. soon to be 42.. I dont expect to look 20, but I want to look good, be healthy and feel great about myself. I'm also a Christian. I love God and I love others. I love to encourage and be encouraged. I work with special needs adults and love it! I used to work with the elderly and loved that too!!! Life is what you make of it and put into it. Make it a good one.
