Introduction Text All my life I have only exercised and lost weight for vanity. This time on SparkPeople (and I have been here 5 times before as Coeuraimant and Coeuraimant2 as well as WitchyGodmother and WitchyG and AllieCanRun) I am offering up the journey and praying for help every day that I can heal my body and love it as God loves me. I hid as OfferingItUp but once I was back to stay and I have taken the vow to keep this account permanently I was ready to stop hiding behind a profile name and be me. I have slowly stripped away everything that was for vanity sake and looked at what was left. I love it, I love eating what makes my body feel good, I love the exercises that are fun for me and I love what I see in the mirror.

My 4 Step Program 1) Morning Walk - April 1st to October 31st - outside morning walk with rosary and inspirational podshows November 1st to March 31st - Walk at Home and TaiChi 2) Meal plan and shop only once a week - nevermind snacking or dessert (they just cause heartburn) 3) Stick to 8 glasses of water per day (I make my own ice tea in the summer for a change) 4) Check into SparkPeople each day for the friendship

I am a very active Roman Catholic Over 60 Canadian lady with a really loving husband, two daughters and one grandson and a super smart cat who has trained us well. We are enjoying being retired and taking care of my mother.
