Thanks for the blog comment. We're doing AirBnB houses so I won't really have a gym, but I'll have running shoes! The biggest issue will probably be the weather. Seattle and Vancouver = rain all.the.damn.time. I'd like to do a hike in Seattle, and I want to do this thing called the Grouse Grind in Vancouver if weather allows. 1323 days ago

Heh well it's a huge secret, but I'll tell you: the key to me losing weight is to actually listen to my nutritionist and not eat whatever the hell I want. WHO KNEW!?!?!??!! She has me on 1500 calories, 36% protein (a lot!!!!), 20% fat (a little!!!), and 44% carbs. Totally changed the way I eat, so now I'm all about protein shakes, greek yogurt, and egg whites. But for 3.6 pounds in a month? I can do this. 1323 days ago
