I spent most of my life traveling and teaching. I lived abroad for most of my adult life. I love learning new things!

Back in Canada since 2014, I’ve been actively trying to find a way to do the profession I feel passionate about in a context that allows me to focus on what I find is the most important: teaching what really needs to be taught so my students can thrive in all their goals. I discovered recently that online teaching fits me like a glove. That is why I have decided to devote it all my efforts fulltime.

This said I believe that my greatest strength is my curiosity. This precious quality makes me thrive to always learn new stuff. In the past years, I have studied neurolinguistics, herbalism, video montage and photoshop in my free time. I also obtained a Life Coach Certificate. I am presently learning the flute and I would like to make small animation videos to complement my lessons. Life is a big playground! 🙂

My Goals:
I use to move a lot and I loved to climb, hike and ride a bike. Since I started my new business, I spend most of my time sitting and by the end of the day, I feel too tired to exercise. So inevitably I gained weight. I would like to go back to a healthier lifestyle, allowing myself time to properly take care of my body.

My Program:
Baby steps. Right now I'm focusing on eating less. I tend to eat when I'm stressed- which happens a lot because of unsteady money income. I am working on my attitude towards this and finding a better way to channel my stress then in comfort food.
