    omg! are you serious! thats crazy, I actually wouldnt mind another niece or nephew..lol...but you'll probably get it one of these days because I am getting my period in about a week and half and you usually get it one week before me! Yes mayra the program is this

    Tell me after looking at this schedule if we will not lose weight! IT sounds freaking intense, but good at the same time, but mayra we have to commit to doing it! Its going to hella tough but we can do it, I know it! Moving on, I would love to hear what you have to tell me, Im assuming its juicy lol...I will call you later on today! Hey maybe I can on Friday morning and we can do the video for that day together. So I have to confess, I have the 30 day shred video, but it was stuck on a dvd player so I was able to convince elliot to get it out for me, well when I went to do it it didnt work =( so I wasnt able to do that video yesterday like I was suppose to because my dvd didnt work but I did the BFBM video only half though. So should we start the schedule today? like we are on day 1? Its up to you? ok well I gtg! talk to you soon!

    Hey Mayra! Well I had a pretty good weigh in! I weighed myself in two scales and one said 134.4 and the other 134.6 so I decided to do whats in between so I weigh 134.5 So I didnt exactly lose 1.5 pounds but lost 1.3 which is still pretty good I think! Anyways, today we are going to celebrate my suegros birthday and guess where we are going..olive garden! ugh...I know, but I already did my research and I found some low calorie options so my plan is to stick to those! Anyway for next week I would like to be at 133. 5 so that means I would lose a pound! How was your weigh in

    yay mayra, I am sooooooo happy for you!!! that is good mayra, thats freaking awesome that calls for a celebration!!! =) What classes will you be taking? yes we dont have an option mayra we have to lose a pound and a half! we can do it.

    Hey Mayra, so my weigh in was not what I wanted it to be. I weighed in at 135.8. My eating wasnt horrible this past week. I ate kinda bad on mon & TUes & wed, but the rest of the days I was good, but I only went to the gym once. So this week I am commiting to going to the gym at least 3 times. I also commit to staying away from unhealthy foods that make me gain weight! Lets remember we are what we eat! How was your weigh in, I hope better than mine!

    p.s. I also commit to losing a pound and a half so next week I should be at 134.3!

    I have a quote for you which I think can be applied to losing weight.....

    Be not afraid of growing slowly, be afraid only of standing still.

    In other words, dont be discouraged when you see a little bit of weight come off, be afraid if you are not losing at all or gaining!

    oh no. sorry to hear that mayra, pero we both are now aware that we always do that...so there is only one way to fix it and we both know the way. Now we just have to do it which is the hard part. but mayra como fregados no vamos a puder, so many people do it all the time, I was doing it at a point, so I know we can do it. D I S C I P L I N E thats what we both need. lets do it mayra! here comes a brand new month. what have you noticed keeps you on track? we should focus on that...well today I had my coffee in the morning and Im going to have some beans and rice with a tortilla and a little queso fresco and then for my snacks I am having a couple apricots, some strawberries and watermelon. For dinner I am not sure what I am having yet. You? oh and for the workout I am doing thirty minutes on the elliptical and 10 mins of strength training.
