**Update 8/20/16: Two years ago I was at and below my original goal weight. Then, I was without a maintenance plan and had a few other things happen in my personal life:lost a job so knew we didn't have money to have a baby right then (which was a huge weight loss motivation for me) a few months later my Mom was diagnosed with breast cancer (she is well now!), and I was just at a loss of where to go from there. I started concentrating on jobs and making money to catch up on our bills. And stopped focusing on my health. It seems like the past month I've been slowly waking up from a dream. It's not a dream though. I'm back around my starting weight! :( It's been hitting me even more this past week. So, right now it's about staying out of overwhelm and choosing what small steps I want to take.** I am 32 years old now. I have been married for 6 years. I'm taking care of me now! I'm worth it! My long term goal is to be healthy enough for pregnancy and to take care of the baby. I really love all of the support I get from!! :) I may not be on everyday, but I am around! You can always ask me to be your friend or send me a message if you need me!! :) This isn't about looks, it's about health! And that I want to live for a long time and live a healthy life for me, for Chris, and for our future children!

Goals completed in 2013:
~Start taking Body Combat!
~Start taking Body Step!
~Start walking/running!
~I lost 104 lbs.(since beginning my journey in 2009!)!!
~I kept up my fitness routine and tracking my food!
~Got registered for my first half marathon (my good friends paid for it as a Christmas present and a 100 lbs lost present!!)

Goals for 2014:
~Complete my first half marathon on April 13th, 2014!
~Get rid of the last 50 lbs!
~Reach my new improved goal weight of 168!
~Start working on having a baby!! :)

My Program:
~Body Combat and Body Pump on Tuesdays!! :)
~Body Step and Body Flow on Thursdays!! :)
~Training for my first half marathon!! :)

~Tracking my food daily!

~Medifast 5&1 Plan, 5 Medifast Meals & 1 Lean &Greeen Meal. Eat every 2-3 hours. A lean and green meal is 5-7 ounces of protein (depending on the protein) and 3 1/2 cup (unless salad greens then 1 cup) servings of veggies.

~Just started the Medifast plan December 2013! (I am now a Weight Control Counselor for Medifast Weight Control Center in Madison Alabama) It is working really well for me!! :)
