I am recovering from a couple of injuries which sidelined me at the worst possible time: midlife! Oh, the Big M! That magical time of transition, filled with flashes of inspiration (and perspiration) as well as personal growth (of the abdominal kind.)
But I'm not dead yet! I'm addressing the injuries, building my strength, and I'm determined to see this snail's pace weight loss through to my goal.
