Introduction Text ITS A NEW YEAR....HAPPY HAPPY 2012!!! I'm back again!! Never really too far gone!! I want to get serious about tightening & toning & losing about 12 pounds that I put back on over the past couple years. I LOVE to workout, but I have gotten lazy & out of shape! **************************************** I started this journey to lose about 50 pounds and feel better about myself. I wanted to be more active with my children, but felt too tired to do so. I didn't feel comfortable getting dressed and going places outside of work and that is sooooo NOT me. I have changed soooo much since starting with Spark People in July 2009. Since getting healthy, I have pretty much stopped drinking beer and have been working out regularly. I LOVE to eat healthy & enjoy finding new & exciting recipes to try. I challenge myself with trying to find things my children will like also...they can be picky! I try to keep my kids and I very active 7 days a week with the gym, hiking, walking, biking, exploring, fishing, camping, swimming, soccer, even the wii. Now I take my kids to do things on the weekends because I feel good about myself and I have the energy to keep up with them!

10 LBS GONE--New Running Shoes (DONE 09/10/09) 20 LBS GONE--Teeth Whitening (DONE 10/05/09) 30 LBS GONE--IPHONE (DONE 11/1/09) 40 LBS GONE-- Polar HRM (DONE 12/20/09) 50 LBS GONE--NEW CLOTHES!! (DONE 1/22/10) FIT & TONED--VACAY on a BEACH!!! (any and all of the above subject to change at my whim bc this is not easy work...lol)

***Fit into a size 8. ***Build muscle. ***Lose Fat. ***Walk at work AT LEAST 30 minutes a day! ***Be comfy in a bikini around people!! ***Walk/Jog/Run at least 4 5k's a year. ***Get to the gym 4-5 days a week! ***Be active w/family & friends indoors/outdoors on the weekends!! ***Find motivating new Sparkpeople friends!!! ;-) ***Motivate others to be active!!!! WOOT!! WOOT!!
