Introduction Text I'm 40 yrs old happily married with three lovely children all boys. I would like to lose the weight that I gained during my three pregnancy. which is about 36 lbs. I would like to learn to eat healthy so I can pass this on to my boys so that they can live active healthy lives. I Know that I will be able to succeeded with this with the help of God and sparkpeople.com

Is to learn to eat healthy to lose weight and keep it off. Control my sweet tooth and to be able to eat sweets on occasion with out back sliding into bad eating habits. To become more active in my everyday life.

Is to drink 64oz of water everyday. To elimante sugar from my diet. To watch portion control and to make healthly choices.

I'm happily married with three boys. I attended Our Savior Lutheran Church in Lansing on Wednesday I Take my children to South Church for thier Awana Program and I also attend a Bible class there. I run a daycare out of home which keeps me very busy during the day.

I like to scrap book, ride my bike , golf (which I have not done since my 1st child was born). and just hang out with my three boys and have fun. I also deal with some health problems I have IBS and calcium deficiencies in my bones.
