 Exercise daily.

    I agree with you-- the times in our country are very very difficult. I have 2 friends who are voting for someone I would not vote for. They are VERY strongly opinionated. I try to just stay quiet and listen. One of them, tries to pull me into discussion while we deliver food. I am not sure I will vote in the election because I do not like either choice. But this friend throws out comments about "my political party". I registered to vote for the first time in 30 years. I do not consider myself part of a specific party. I only chose because I had to.

    I need to ask God to help me praise him more. I like that idea. Sometimes it is difficult to remember when I get self centered like Tuesday.
