    I haven't chatted with you in a while....how are you.

    Things are still crummy here, but it is life and I know once the reality of it sets in, I will be able to move forward...but for the time being, I am stuck with anger.

    I am running a lot with my half coming up in about 4.5 weeks...and strength training as well.

    You asked when I'm doing my next half marathon. . . well, I just joined the SP group to say I go the distance, but I actually create my own half marathon routes. I google map a bunch of routes near where I live that equal 13.1 miles, and then do them - 1 per month. What I am doing for cardio since joining SP is walk/jog 16 miles/week.

    In reality, I have completed only 1 official, timed half marathon in 2006 to support a blood bank in my area. Now that I can walk/jog instead of only walk, I am thinking of signing up for that one in July again. I'd love to do another Team In Training event (I trained to WALK the FULL Seattle Marathon with them in 2006 but sprained my ankle badly 1 week prior to the event so never did it), but I just don't have the gumption to fundraise at that level right now.
