Introduction Text This go round with Spark People had been an incredilble journey for me. Ive lost 20 pounds from when I restarted in February But my biggest push was joining the summer challenge 5% weight loss. I was put with an incredible team of ladies,(overflow campin) with whom I look forward to seeing everyday. Without your support and friendship I dont think I could have made it. You have all made my first time camping experience one I will never forget... Im already working on my next goal to be 170 by july 15th. At the rate I have been going I should be just about there by the end of this challenge. Im very thankful that the Lord has given me this opportunity to better myself and to keep it going. So far I havent reached any landmines to deter my quest for a better Maria.

To continue working out at the club five times a week. Workout/walk at home when I dont go to the club. Starting weight 1/5/11 164 Goals to achieve February 1st - 158 March 1st - 152 April 1st - 150 My reward when I hit 150 is to finally get my tattoo..

Staying within my calorie range 1350-1640 daily. Not having any junk food in the house. Health Club 5X week. Walking at home on the weekends.
