My Goals:
To be healthy! To lose about 100lbs all together, but going to start out by losing 45-50 first.
My Program:
Walk 30 minutes everyday. No fast food. Eat healthy high protein foods. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Strengh training everyother day.
Personal Information:
I'm from Columbus, Ohio. I'm 22 years old going to be 23 in September. I have a 2 year old son. I'm going to be going back to school in August to be a medical assisant.
