Here’s the skinny on my being fat: -I lost 100lbs by starvation and over exercising around 5 or 6 years ago. -I’ve gained those 100lbs back and then some. I’ve been a part of the Spark community on and off for years, and I’m very glad to be back. I’m going to go easy on myself, do the best I can and have more control over how much I eat! VIVA LA DIVA! For now, lose 10lbs!

Starting off slowly with simply tracking what I eat and staying within a calorie range. Will adjust my program as time goes on.
