    Hey you have you broken your plateau yet?j I haven't been here for awhile, and I have put on 5lbs!! Tick me off! So I'm back trying once again to stay on track. My curse is sugar,, (my mother's baked goods) and of course she's super thin! Anyway hope your doing better then me.

    Hi thanks for checking in! I've been missing my workouts lately :( My brother is shadowing me here at work for the last two weeks... and he needs me to drive him home immediately after work. I know I've gained I can feel it ... But this is his last day YEAH!!!! So I'm back here now, changing my page and needing some inspiration lol.... Good for you for running!!! I worked and worked for weeks, when nothing happened,,, but then i dropped 2 .... so hang in there.... it will happen... remember you loose quickly when there's more to loose... when you just need to loose a little,,, it unfortunately takes longer

    Man do i know what your going through... i am at exactly the same point. I work out 4 days a week, i have started running and doing weights again, i track my food faithfully.... and nothing. It is so disappointing when the scale doesn't move! I was chatting with another spark friend who has convinced me to stop torturing myself,, from this week on i have hid my scale on the top shelf where i cant reach it. I have put on my calendar my weigh in day... every 3wks now... instead of every week (or more like every day!!) it seems the more it doesn't move the more obsessed i am about weighing!! but i can measure myself if i like whenever. (i am loosing inches, just not weight) Just hang in there girl... it's gotta move eventually!!! lol... that's what i keep telling myself! I know what I'm doing is good for me, so I just keep on treckin'
