My goal is to get down to 150 by March, 2013
My Program:
I strength train 3 days a week and I will try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio daily. I am eating healthy with balanced meals (carbs, fat, protein) 5-6 times a day. I am watching my portion sizes. I am tracking all of this w/sparkpeople. I always have consumed 8 glasses of water and I will continue. I will continue to use my network of friends and always invite new people to join me in my daily cardio.
