Introduction Text I have come to point in my journey where I need motivational help a weight loss family. I start my change January 11 2016 I weighed 224 sizes 20 to 22 pants & XXXL t-shirt. I'm sorry don't have pictures to share this is one of a few that I have taken hate the camera . All my life I have battled with my weight and the demons that come with it my nickname all through school was moomoo it still hurts to say it. I have been yo-yo dieting pretty much all my life been on every kind of diet you can think of even put myself in the hospital once grapefruit diet no soild food yeah stupid. I come from a family of small people so me being huge was not fun I was never good enough and to this day I'm still not good enough sorry I sound pathetic but it is what it is any I've come to terms with my past and now I would like to move on. My birthday is in one more month I'll be turning 48 time for me I would like lose the rest of the weight I have to go by Christmas my goal is to weight 120 pounds.M y weight as of today is 170 pounds😞.

I'm happily married 5 foot 3 inches tall not happy with my weight have two Beautiful grown children and I'm turning 48 August 19 th of this year.
