Introduction Text Forty and fabulous. That's what I want:-)

Goals are hard...I'd like to be perfect but then there would be no fun:-) How about just liking myself every night when I go to bed because I've lived a healthy lifestyle that day and set a good example for my kids. Of course dropping 30 pounds would be ok too!

One day at a time... one minute at a time...it can only stress you out if you let it. That goes for food, quiting smoking, limiting alcohol. I'm changing to a healthy lifestyle, not sticking to a diet. I'm adding more execise to my life because I like it (I say that over and over..I'm starting to believe it). I've started to think about doing YOGA so I can take a minute and breath. I remember doing that more often as a child and I think I'd like to relive it :-)

I'm originaly from Balitmore, but my Dad was Navy and we only stayed there a couple months. I never lived in one city for more than 2 years until I went to college! I live in Annandale, VA now and have for 7 years. Wow! I think that's a record. I have 2 kids I adopted from Russia and I WONDERFUL husband that I love. Oh yes, I also have a dog and 3 (yes three) cats.

I LOVE Nora Robers books. They are like potato chips. After I start I have to finish the whole thing. She should definately start finishing a book a week so I can get my fix!
