2020 has taken its toll on most people, and I have gained some weight, but in the last month, I have officially lost a pound. That may seem silly to report, but I was trying to just not overeat. I moved my daily intake calories to a little lower level, and if I can stay in that range for 6 out of 7 days, I will be thrilled. I need to practice eating at goal weight, and with over 100 pounds to lose, I need to do it slowly or I rebel. There hasn't been too much rebellion, but a lot of deaths this ...

I moved my daily intake calories to a little lower level, and if I can stay in that range for 6 out of 7 days, I will be thrilled. I need to practice eating at goal weight, and with over 100 pounds to lose, I need to do it slowly or I rebel. There hasn't been too much rebellion, but a lot of deaths this year of classmates and long time friends from my hobby. Due to the virus, I am now the second oldest female in the maternal side of my huge Catholic family. I'm not mentally ready to be the oldest generation, will have to meditate on that. And cousin, Gracie, I'm counting on you, after all your mother was 98 when COVID took her this year. I'm giving myself two years to get this weight off my frame! Longer is things go well on the gradual weight loss plan!
