    ok you want neck exercise?

    In my diet plan it came with an exercise manual. I too want to lose the look of my chin/neck area.
    So I am going to write down exactly what is in the book.

    It sounds really dorky, but You just have to do it.

    Chin Lift

    1) Start in a seated position with head tilted slightly back.
    2) Drop Jaw and let mouth fall open. Breath in.

    3) Exhale as you push chin up and out towards your upper lip, tightening your neck and jaw.

    4) Hold for 1 second.

    5) Inhale as you return to your start position.
