I have been Doing Beachbody Workout Core De Force , I have done this workout before and I really loved it! It’s MMA inspired and I just love these moves they really work the whole body! A new Beachbody workout called 10 Rounds I’m really looking forward to it! Yay!

10 Rounds, I’m really liking it, I don’t find the workouts long enough so I always add another workout to it. But it is a good workout!
