One Day at A Time!


I'm changing my way of eating to gain better health so that I can enjoy my extended family for hopefully a ling time to come. It has made a difference and so onward - one day at a time!

The name Momgoose is a result of having 6 kids, 18 grands , and 3 greatgrands and the fact my last name means goose in Polish.

 Exercises to strengthen core muscles and back



Eat healthy foods on a vegan program and watch portions

I live in SE, WI. My name is Joan



I'm 75, married for 50 years and recently widowded. I have 6 kids, 18 grandkids and 2great grandsons and 1 greatgranddaughter.

Other Information:
 I love the fiber arts - spinning, knitting, weaving and also all kinds of crafts. My favorite outdoor activity is gardening. I have 2 cats for company. I joined the Y in January 2009 and try to get to Silver Sneakers 4 times a week. It is really helping!
