Hi.. I seen your page on the Biggest loser challenge post board. I felt like you so many times and I completely empathize with you. My advice is to start by tracking your food daily.. It really helps to see what you are putting in your mouth, then start by just walking or doing some sort of exercise for 30 minutes 3 days per week. Small baby steps is what it takes.. I just try to take one day at a time and each day will bring you closer to your goals.
